142 Mimico ‘Determination’ Squadron	272 Ojibwa Sea Cadet Corps

142 Mimico ‘Determination’ Squadron and 272 ‘Ojibwa’ Sea Cadet Corps will undertake a trip to the United States to participate in citizenship, educational and recreational activities.  Up to 30 Cadets in total will be selected to participate in this international experience. The trip will take place between 13 – 19 March 2016, inclusive.

Travel will be by commercial motor coach to the United States, with visits to Washington, DC, and Baltimore, Maryland.  The accommodations in the Washington area will be at the US Park Service Prince William Forest, Virginia, and in Baltimore at the US Naval Yard on board the USCGC Taney.

Whilst in the United States, Cadets participated in a variety of activities, with specific emphasis related to educational, cultural and citizenship experiences, visiting museums, theatres and locations of historical significance.
